I’m a creator, a self-taught builder, and a relentless problem solver. My journey with the web started in the golden era of custom internet culture: crafting HTML and CSS on Geocities and Angelfire, designing personalized templates for Myspace and Tumblr, and helping local businesses find their footing online. I’ve always been driven by the desire to build things from scratch and help people navigate the digital landscape. While I briefly detoured into Computer Aided Drafting, my true calling pulled me back toward the web right as responsive design began to change the world. Coming from a small Texas town where tech opportunities were scarce, I fought hard for every opening I could find. When life demanded a change of scenery, I moved to Houston and stepped into roles like Web Designer and UX Designer, but titles only tell half the story.
 
When a role needed to be filled, I stepped up and learned the craft. Over the years, I have worn (nearly) every hat imaginable:
 

• Design & Media: UX/UI design, graphic design, video production.

• Strategy & Growth: Data analysis, user research, marketing, PR, and content writing.

• Operations & Tech: Project management, IT support, spreadsheet wizardry, and managing help desk clients.
   

For two years, my last team operated without a manager, forcing me to become my own boss, direct my own workload, and keep the ship sailing smoothly. Alongside my corporate roles, I’ve hustled as a freelancer to make ends meet, mastering the art of networking, adapting, and delivering under pressure.

Beyond the screen, art is how I process and experience the world. I live and breathe creative expression, viewing life through the vibrant lens of color theory. As a multi-instrumentalist singer/songwriter and musician, I write and produce my own music, playing guitar, ukulele, synthesizer, keys, and bass. I was in choir in my youth and have used the principles I learned from rigorous training for passion in every aspect of my career. My creative drive extends across almost every artistic medium: I paint, sketch, immerse myself in music and film, and capture the world through photography.
 
I believe in the power of genuine, human-made work. In a world increasingly saturated by automated algorithms and AI-generated shortcuts, I pride myself on crafting art by hand. Every pixel, every melody, every line of copy, and every strategy is born from real experience, deep empathy, and authentic human effort. I bring that same fierce dedication, nurturing spirit, and unstoppable energy to everything I touch.
