Led the UX transformation for a complex academic ecosystem spanning 50+ departments. I architected a centralized, WCAG 2.2 compliant Design System in Drupal to eliminate design debt and unify brand identity. By bridging the gap between legacy technical constraints and modern user expectations, I reduced development handoff time by 40% while ensuring 100% digital accessibility for a global audience.

Served as the Accessibility SME for high-traffic regional tourism, local government portals and national recreational festivals and events.

I conducted deep-dive heuristic evaluations and code-level remediation to meet strict federal and regional mandates (ADA/Section 508). My work focused on 'Logic Layer' optimization—ensuring complex navigation and interactive maps were fully performant for screen-reader and keyboard-only users.

Public Sector Accessibility & Remediation

Architected high-conversion UI patterns for enterprise-scale SaaS e-commerce platforms. I specialized in checkout optimization and cart logic, ensuring that complex transaction flows remained accessible without sacrificing speed. By implementing inclusive design patterns, I improved the UX for assistive technology users while maintaining a 12% lift in overall conversion metrics.
